The Crunch Fitness gym brand is slowly making its way in Quebec. Its approach, focused on the pleasure of exercise, aims to lead its customers to an experience combining physical fitness and entertainment. The brand’s visual identity reflects this approach.

We were tasked with the design of the brand-new Crunch Fitness gym in Quartier Dix30, Brossard.

Their Objectives

Design the layout of the new branch in Quartier Dix30, Brossard, reproducing the existing American concept.
Reproduce all items as faithfully as possible in a very short period of time without having access to the files.
Meet a tight budget.    
Install solid, but lightweight materials that would fit on the wall despite their enormous size.
Have all printed material installed on schedule.

Our Genius at Work

Throughout the whole project, Optimum Graphiques made all the printed material, like vinyl cut-outs, pictograms, PVC lettering, murals, 3D cut-outs, banners, and more. Its experienced team was able to reproduce all the items so that the result is in line with the company’s corporate brand.

By producing all the material under one roof, Optimum Graphiques is able to ensure consistency across Crunch Fitness’s branches while also adapting the product formats to meet each location’s technical specifications. 

One of our biggest challenges was to affix a huge mural with vinyl cut-outs and 3D lettering so that it was perfectly aligned on 17-foot-high walls.
All the signage and wall covering representing a total area of 25,000 sq. ft were made, printed and installed by our team.
